I earned a MBA recently with an emphasis in International Marketing, Communications, and Entrepreneurship from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, Fisher School. My interests run the gamut: entrepreneurship, branding, media, movies, social and environmental responsibility. I really enjoy being involved in a variety of things and serving the marketing community with this blog.
I specialize in marketing communications, branding and I have a strong passion for environment and social change. Companies I have worked for include the WPP Group’s Grey Advertising serving Nokia and a really smart PR agency, Voce Communications, where I supported clients like Fujitsu America and Socialtext. I’m thankful for everything I learned at Voce, and for the opportunity to work with really smart people. I’m proud to say our teams saved clients thousands of dollars and won them amazing brand visibility in the media.
Now I’m challenged with how to use a MBA full time to serve the right organization. Left brain and right brained skills need to be put to good use.
